ABOUT DR. SARLIE
A different way
of looking at health.
Chiropractic is only one part of the picture. My approach is centred around understanding how the body moves, adapts and functions as a whole — and helping each person build the capacity to live, move and perform at their best.

Sarlie-Habib
I’m a chiropractor with a passion for helping people understand their bodies and take an active role in their health.

My approach has evolved beyond simply treating where someone hurts. I’m interested in the bigger picture — how the nervous system, spine, muscles, movement, lifestyle and environment interact to influence how we feel and function.

Whether someone is recovering from an injury, trying to move better, returning to sport or looking to stay well for the long term, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you build from there.
MY APPROACH
The body is connected.
So should your care be.
I look beyond the area that hurts to understand the person behind it. Your movement, nervous system, strength, recovery, lifestyle and environment all influence how you function.

Assess what is happening rather than simply chasing symptoms.

Address movement, control and function where they have been lost.

Develop strength, resilience and capacity for the demands of life.
WHAT MY JOURNEY BRINGS TO YOUR CARE
A broader view,
built through experience.
My journey into chiropractic wasn't a straight line. I initially began studying medicine in China, but during my first year I realised I wanted to work with people in a different way — one that allowed me to understand the body through movement, function and its capacity to adapt.

That decision led me to chiropractic, and ultimately to a career shaped by clinical practice, mentorship, sport, rehabilitation and the continual pursuit of a broader understanding of health.
